Service Scope
Our carpet cleaning services include vacuuming, pre-treatment, stain removal (where and as much as possible), hot water extraction and drying assistance.
We use safe, eco-friendly, pet- and child-safe cleaning solutions, provided the stain type and carpet material allows it.
Furniture Moving
We are happy to move small furniture items (e.g., chairs, coffee tables) where necessary.
Large, heavy, or fragile furniture (e.g., wardrobes, pianos) must be moved by the customer before our arrival.
Quoting & Assessment
All quotes provided are estimates only and may be adjusted after an in-person assessment.
We may request photos or conduct an on-site survey to better understand the carpet’s condition before confirming the final price.
Stain & Condition Disclaimer
While we strive for the best possible results, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
Some stains may be permanent due to prior treatment, fabric type, or age.
Access & Customer Responsibility
The customer must ensure clear access to the areas being cleaned.
If parking permits or access restrictions apply, these must be arranged in advance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may incur a small fee to cover lost booking time.
