1. Booking & Payments
A 20% deposit is required for all bookings. This will be deducted from the final price on the day of service.
Payment of the remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.
We accept cash, bank transfer, or card payments (subject to availability).
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
More than 24 hours’ notice: Free cancellation or rescheduling, and the deposit is refunded.
Within 24 hours of the booking: The 20% deposit is non-refundable.
No-shows or same-day cancellations: May be subject to a full charge depending on circumstances.
3. Service Guarantee & Liability
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're unhappy with the results, please inform us within 24 hours, and we’ll assess whether a re-clean is necessary.
We are fully insured, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or discoloration that may become more visible after cleaning.
Stain removal is not guaranteed, as some stains may be permanent.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must ensure clear access to the property and sufficient parking for our equipment.
We recommend moving small furniture before our arrival. Heavy furniture can be moved at our discretion but may incur an additional fee.
5. Health & Safety
We use child- and pet-safe cleaning products, but we advise keeping pets and children away from wet carpets until they are dry.
Customers should ensure proper ventilation after cleaning to speed up drying time.
6. Pricing & Additional Charges
Prices are based on average room sizes. Larger areas or additional stains may incur an extra charge.
If the property is excessively soiled (e.g., heavy pet stains, construction dust), additional cleaning fees may apply.
7. Stain Protection
Stain protection services are available upon request and must be applied to freshly cleaned surfaces for effectiveness.
8. Complaints & Refunds
If a complaint is raised, we will investigate and offer a suitable resolution, such as a free re-clean of the affected area.
Refunds are not issued unless a serious issue has occurred that cannot be resolved with a re-clean.
